Brilliantly clear and bright golden in color, this lively, focused Chardonnay reflects its alpine heritage. Exhibiting both vibrant acidity and a saline quality, it is a versatile selection for pairing.
Proudly featuring Columbia Gorge AVA fruit from Chardonnay vines planted in 1984 and 2010. The Oak Ridge Vineyard is certified organic, dry farmed, and perched in the foothills of Mount Adams. Harvested September 23 - October 3.
Fruit was gently whole cluster pressed, briefly settled and then racked into barrel where it underwent a long cool ferment. The wine was matured in oak for 14 months on lees and aged in bottle for six months prior to release.
