Proudly featuring Columbia Gorge AVA fruit from Chardonnay vines planted in 1984 and 2010. The Oak Ridge Vineyard is certified organic, dry farmed, and perched in the foothills of Mount Adams. Harvested September 7 - September 14.
Gently whole cluster pressed and briefly settled before racked into barrel where it underwent a long cool ferment. Matured on fine lees for 14 months in neutral oak then transferred to stainless steel for 3 months before bottling.
