Analemma & Covid-19

Dear friends,

Through the torrent of world events unfolding, we find gratitude as a grounding force. For a healthy farm, a strong team, and--importantly--for you. Thank you for checking in with us and for being a cornerstone of our community.

Creating community and fostering connection are at the heart of Analemma. We have missed sharing our wines and touring our biodynamic farm with visitors and providing our Coterie members with opportunities to connect. We have been working to create innovative experiences to bring guests back into the fold to share our wines and connect with our wine-growing team while finding ways to implement the recommendations of the CDC and health organizations. Our website is the best place to find updates about our offerings.

Reservations

We have made changes to both our hospitality offerings and practices, with the goal to continue to surprise and delight our guests. Moving forward, all visits to Analemma will require a reservation. This includes tableside service on the patio, contactless pickups, and retail sales. While our Winery remains closed to the public for the health and safety of our team, we were delighted to re-open our patio on July 10!

Analemma invites you to join us for an Al-Fresco experience to enjoy our wines in the tranquil setting of the Mosier Hills. Find out more about how to make a reservation on our visit page or by heading straight to Tock, our reservation system.

Our Approach to Covid-19 - Community First

Analemma is dedicated to the health and safety of our team and guests. We have implemented the following practices in response to Covid-19 based on state mandates and health recommendations. We thank you in advance for your support of these new processes so that we may open our doors with confidence.

  • We have placed hand washing stations at multiple locations, including reception, available for your use and encouraged especially upon arrival.
  • Our reservations are limited to 5 people per party in keeping with state mandates and have been designed to ensure a safe number of guests onsite at any one time.
  • All our seating has moved outdoors to our patio, and tables have been spaced at least 6 feet apart to maintain social distancing guidelines.
  • Per Oregon State mandate, all guests and employees must wear face coverings while moving around the property and facility, including bathrooms.
  • Our team is adhering to a strict sanitizing routine to ensure all glassware, tables/seating surfaces, and common areas including restrooms are disinfected between visits.
  • If you are sick, or have been sick in the last two weeks, have had a temperature, or have been in contact with someone with COVID symptoms, we ask that you schedule your visit for another time.

We recognize and support that not everyone may be ready to socialize in public. In the meantime, we will continue to present Analemma to you in alternative ways for your enjoyment.

  • We are currently offering Complimentary Home Delivery for local Gorge residents within a 20-mile radius. Click here to learn how to have Analemma wines delivered to your door.
  • Contactless Pickup will be available with a reservation during our open hours, Friday-Sunday from 1 - 8 pm. Read more about our pickup guidelines and what to expect when you arrive here.
  • Analemma is offering $25 Flat Rate Shipping or Complimentary Shipping when you upgrade your order to a case. We love helping our customers discover new wines. Click here if you’d like us to curate a case for you. *Please be aware that in warm summer conditions Analemma will hold UPS ground shipping orders until temperatures cool, oftentimes until the fall.

We welcome any questions you may have regarding our health and safety practices or our reservation process. The best way to get in touch with us at the moment is through email via cellardoor@analemmawines.com. You may also now read details and book an experience for July 10th forward through our reservation platform, Tock, here.

To every person reading this note--not only those of you with Analemma in your cellar or some on the way--we raise a glass. To finding the way forward together and to turning towards with love and inclusion.

Wishing you strength and fortitude from the farm.

Warmly,
