Picking up wine for friends or family?

We understand that not all memebrs may be able to make it to the winery to pick up their bundle. In the event that a Member wishes for a friend or family member to pick up thier wine, we require an email stating the Member's wishes to have someone else pick up their bundle.

Use Of Tock For Reservations

Analemma uses Tock as a reservation platform for Member experiences. As part of new Membership estalishment Analemma may create a Tock login for Members, which will use the same email address indicated on the primary Membership.

Coterie Wine Storage

Our goal is for Members to obtain their wine in a timely manner. We strive to facilitate easy pick up at the winery or shipment directly to an address of Members' preference. Our preference is to engage with our Members at our cellar door and for this reason we are happy to hold allocations over the growing season. For the convenience of our Members we will ship remaining allocations by the end of the calendar year before the holidays. Normal shipping rates apply.

Membership Status & Payment Timeliness

Analemma will attempt to contact Members in the event that we have an issue processing a payment.
After the thrid contact attempt, the Memership will be placed on hold and the Member's bundle will be released from inventory. Members can reactiviate their Membership at any time by calling or emailing the winery.
