2018 Alpine Rose of Pinot Noir
One of the palest, subtlest, and yet most elegant Rosés produced in the Pacific Northwest. A refreshing wine, light salmon in color presenting notes of strawberry, white peach, and melon with cleansing minerality and a long, refined finish.
Proudly featuring organically grown Columbia Gorge fruit. Harvested September 5 & 13.
This 100% Pinot Noir Rosé was gently whole cluster pressed, briefly settled and then racked into barrels where it underwent a long cool fermentation and an élevage of six months. 160 cases produced.
